Services
Boarding
We offer monthly, weekly and three day boarding options as described below. Pastures are bordered with electro-braid fencing, include frost-free, automatic waterers, are irrigated and most include loafing sheds or trees. Paddocks and stalls also have automatic waterers. Our experienced caretaker, a local farrier, lives on site.
Note: Liability waivers must be signed for all persons, as well as proof of vaccinations and worming provided for all horses entering the facility.
Pasture
Board
$200/Month ($400 for 1 horse in a 2 horse pasture), $60/Week, $10 per day
Horses are kept in an irrigated pasture either alone or with potentially three other horses depending upon space needs and compatibility. Daily services include feeding, graining and supplementing if requested, application of fly spray and masks as needed, visual inspections of horses, and use of facilities. For monthly boarders, it also includes one saddle tree and one bridle hook per horse in our tack room. |

Paddock Board $250/month, $75/week, $15/day, $35 per 3-day weekend
Horses are kept in a paddock alone or with one other horse depending upon the size of the paddock and compatibility. Daily services include pasture turn-out, feeding, graining or supplementing, scooping and cleaning paddocks, application of fly spray and masks as needed, visual inspection of horses, and use of facilities. For monthly boarders, it also includes one saddle tree and one bridle hook per horse.
Stall Board $350/month, $100/week, $20/day, $50 per 3-day weekend
The horse is kept in a stall with a run and receives daily pasture turnout. Daily services include feeding, application of fly spray and masks as needed, grain or supplementing (if owner requests), visual inspection of horse, mucking out stall, deodorizing, and adding bedding, and use of facilities. For monthly boarders, it includes one saddletree and one bridle hook per horse.

Rehabilitation/ Surgery Recovery/Lay Ups
Customized Pricing
Stall and/or paddock board as above with services including monitoring temperature, water and feed intake, medications, bandaging, and hand-walking or restricted exercise. Observation camera available. This service is for horses recovering from minor injuries, minor surgeries or who are just needing to lay up.
Supplementing
$35/month; BCEC provides Northwest supplement and grain. Owners may supply other supplements as needed.
Other Services
Other services include:
Blanketing at $5.00 per day
Minor medical care (soaking, topical/oral medication, changing bandages, and emergency hoof care) based on a rate of $20 per hour ($5.00 per 15 minutes)
Non-Boarder Facility Use
$10/hour, $7/hour for each additional horse and rider.

Discount Punch Card available, $100 for 12 uses.
Includes use of outdoor arena, covered arena, round pen and bridle trail. Call ahead for availability and to schedule a time. Liability waivers must be signed for all persons, as well as proof of vaccinations provided for all horses entering the facility.
