Our facility is housed on a 32 acre parcel of land which includes 25 acres of irrigated pasture that is held in an agricultural conservation easement with the Methow Conservancy, our local land trust. The 25 acres is divided into 10 pastures separated by horse friendly, electro-braid fencing. All pastures have frost-free, automatic waterers and most have wooden shelters and/or trees.  Our arena footings were refurbished in early October, 2009 with GGT Felt-Fiber mix, the same European product used in the new facilities at the Kentucky Horse Park.

The perimeter fence surrounding the property and gate are closed at 5:00 pm in winter and 7:00 pm in summer.
